Returns:
You can return your purchase within 14 days from your receipt of the item. No questions 100% of the value of the purchase will be refunded for safe return of the purchase. Lifetime Exchange Policy:
You can exchange or trade-up any purchase with another product within the same category even after years of use. Some reasonable cosmetic wear is accepted. We charge fee to recondition the instrument to sellable condition new. To exercise this policy, you need to write to us before buying the instrument you want to trade-up. Once we receive your email, we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
